Ingredients
- 4 lb brisket
- 1 Tbsp montreal steak seasoning
- 2 large onions sliced
- 1 garlic head peeled
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 cup Zevia Cola
- 2 Tbsp Completely Keto Homemade Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup Completely Keto BBQ Sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Season both sides of brisket with montreal steak seasoning.

Cook the meat on high heat on both sides to form a crust.

Layer in the onions to a baking pan. Add in all the garlic cloves and top with the thyme.

Mix the cola, onion soup mix, BBQ sauce, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Put the brisket in to the pan and pour the sauce over. Cover with silver foil.

Put in the oven for 2 and a half hours.

Best served as soon as possible, or if you reheat it make sure to slice before.
