  • 1/2 Pound corn beef thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Pound turkey thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Red pepper sliced thin in round circles
  • 1/2 Green pepper sliced thin in round circles
  • 1 Tomato Sliced in 1/4 wedges
  • 2 Eggs boiled and peeled and sliced in 1/4 wedges
  • 8 Black olives pitted
  • 6 Oz romaine lettuce cut into small pieces
  • 6 Radishes cut up

Dressing:

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Swerve
  • 1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil light
  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
  • 3/4 Tsp dry mustard
  • 3/4 Tsp paprika
  • 1 Tsp cayenne pepper or less if you enjoy a more mild taste

Instructions

  1. Cut up all veggies and lay out on a platter
  2. Place slices of turkey and corn beef on top and place egg and olives around
  3. Mix all dressing ingredients together and store in a small mason jar and serve salad chilled with dressing on the side
