Completely Keto Cheesy Pepper Quiche
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Put a sauce pan on high heat. Put the olive oil and let it heat up. Put the peppers and onions in the oil and mix for 5 minutes with some breaks.
Put it all into a large bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients, then mix it all well.
Put the cupcake cups on a sheet pan with parchment paper. Oil all the cups. Spoon the mixture into each cup, putting the same amount in each one.
Bake for half an hour.
