Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken cutlets cut into cubes
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Completely Keto Memphis BBQ Sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except chicken in a bowl to form the marinade. Put chicken in a ziploc bag and pour the sauce over. Move around in the bag to make sure each cube is coated well. Marinate for minimum 10 minutes, the longer obviously the more the flavor will seep in.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a greased baking pan and spread the chicken out over it. Bake for about 13-15 minutes, flip at the halfway point.
