Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak or pepper steak
- 3 bells peppers
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Additional ingredients: cilantro, limes, guacamole, sour cream and lettuce wraps for serving.
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spread onions, peppers and steak on a large sheet pan.

Stir together the spices in a small bowl. Drizzle everything with olive oil and then add the spices. Toss until completely coated.
