Simple Keto Chocolate Sorbet
In the sweltering heat of a midsummer’s day, in a small coastal town where the air tasted of salt and the sunsets painted the sky in hues of orange and pink, there was a gelato shop known for its inventive flavors and commitment to catering to all dietary preferences. The owner, Marco, a jovial man with a passion for dessert and an inventive spirit, noticed an increase in customers seeking keto-friendly options. Inspired to create something refreshing yet indulgent that would bring a smile to everyone’s face, Marco decided to craft a Simple Keto Chocolate Sorbet.
Marco chose Lilly’s chocolate chips for their rich flavor and keto-friendly composition, melting them gently before whisking them into boiling water to ensure a smooth and velvety base. To sweeten the sorbet without compromising its keto integrity, he opted for xylitol, a sugar alternative that promised sweetness without the carbs.
As the mixture cooled and began to take on the consistency of sorbet, Marco tasted it and knew he had created something special. The Simple Keto Chocolate Sorbet was a hit, offering a guilt-free indulgence that was both deeply chocolatey and refreshingly light. It wasn’t long before word of Marco’s creation spread, drawing keto dieters and chocolate lovers alike to his shop.
Under the warm glow of the summer sun, customers savored spoonfuls of the Keto Chocolate Sorbet, finding respite from the heat and joy in the simple pleasure of a well-made dessert. Marco’s sorbet became more than just a sweet treat; it was a symbol of inclusivity and innovation, proving that with a bit of creativity, everyone could enjoy the simple pleasures of life, regardless of their dietary choices.

Recipe Notes
This is the easiest recipe I will ever share. There are only three ingredients.
A well insulated and well sealed ice cream container is worth every penny you pay. This is one of my favorites.
Could the ice cream container make a difference? You have no idea. I’ll never use anything else.
