Ingredients
- 1 tsp swerve
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 8 oz lemons chopped and seeded
- 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Mix the lemons with the swerve and salt.

Cook on medium heat in a pan with the olive oil untilt he peels of the lemon are soft which is about half an hour. Store in a jar.
