Completely Keto Mini Cauliflower Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 3 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 3 Tbsp almond flour
  • fresh basil for garnish
  • ham sliced
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cup tomato sauce keto approved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Use a towel to drain the extra liquid from the riced cauliflower.

  3. Add cauliflower and all ingredients except for tomato sauce, tomatoes and ham to a mixing bowl and mix well.

  4. Prep a baking try lined with parchment paper and scoop the batter on to it in balls, then press down fully to create a nice, thin crust.

  5. Bake for half an hour. Top with sauce, then slice of ham, then tomatoe slice. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
