Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/8 cup crushed almonds
  • 3 zucchinis diced
  • 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 3 celery stalks diced
  • 1 tsp crushed basil
  • 3 Tbsp garlic diced
  • 3 large onions diced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 400 degrees and grease baking sheets.

  2. Cook all the veggies in a pan and spice.

  3. Take off the fire and add in the egg and almonds.

  4. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
