Completely Keto Pan Grilled Lamb Kofta & Garlic Sauce

In the heart of a bustling metropolis, where the pace of life seldom slows, there was a cozy kitchen that served as a culinary oasis for Theo, a seasoned food blogger with a penchant for keto recipes. Theo had recently embarked on a quest to bring the flavors of the Mediterranean closer to home, aiming to prove that keto meals could be both rich in tradition and bursting with flavor. His inspiration struck during a vibrant street food tour on his last visit to the Mediterranean, where he had encountered the most succulent lamb kofta he’d ever tasted.

Back home, Theo set out to recreate this culinary masterpiece, with a keto twist. Armed with ground lamb, a bounty of fresh herbs, and his trusty bamboo skewers, he meticulously combined the ingredients, ensuring each kofta would be a perfect balance of meaty goodness and aromatic herbs. The inclusion of purple onion and a generous amount of garlic added depth, while spices like allspice, white pepper, and cumin wove in the warmth and complexity characteristic of Mediterranean cuisine.

To complement the koftas, Theo crafted a garlic sauce that was nothing short of divine. Using Primal Kitchen Mayo as a base, he infused it with minced garlic, fresh mint, lemon zest, and juice, creating a sauce that was both tangy and refreshing, with a kick of garlic to tie it all together.

The day Theo decided to share his Completely Keto Pan Grilled Lamb Kofta & Garlic Sauce on his blog, he also hosted a small gathering of close friends to taste-test the dish. As the koftas sizzled on the pan grill, alongside slices of red bell pepper and onion, the kitchen was filled with mouthwatering aromas that promised a feast to remember.

The verdict was unanimous – Theo’s koftas were a triumph, a perfect melding of Mediterranean flavors and keto-friendly ingredients. The garlic sauce was the crowning glory, elevating the dish to new heights. Theo’s blog post about the meal went viral, captivating keto enthusiasts and food lovers alike, showcasing that with a bit of creativity and a love for global cuisines, the ketogenic diet could indeed cater to the most discerning of palates.
