Ingredients
- 3 lb chuck roast
- black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 Tbsp Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 oz red wine
- 1 serving Completely Keto Memphis BBQ Sauuce
Instructions

Lay onions on bottom of a crock pot and layer the meat on top.

Add in all the ingredients around the beef and onions. Let it cook on low heat in a crock pot for 12 hours or you could put it in the oven on 200 degrees for 12 hours.

Remove and shred the meat using a fork. Keep warm until serving.
