Guacamole Dog:

  1. Grill hot dogs
  2. Lay out the lettuce leaves 4 in a row
  3. Place a hot dog on top of each lettuce leaf
  4. Generously scoop Harlan’s Guacamole over
  5. End by drizzling Harlan’s salsa on top
  6. Enjoy!

Tehini Dog:

  1. Prepare the slaw salad by mixing in a bowl the slivers of purple cabbage, olive oil, salt, vinegar, black pepper and hot pepper or cayenne and set aside
  2. Grill Hot Dogs

  3. Lay out the lettuce leaves 4 in a row
  4. Place a hot dog on top of each lettuce leaf
  5. Generously place slaw salad over hot dog
  6. Drizzle Tehini sauce over slaw salad
  7. End by garnishing with scallions over
  8. Enjoy!
