Completely Keto Garlic and Lime Lamb (SK)
Mix all the ingredients except the lamb to form a marinade and rub it into the lamb.
Let it marinate for at least 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to broil and put the baking rack as close as possible to the broiler.
Broil for 3 minutes and then flip and broil for another 3 minutes.
Lower oven to 250 and cook for half hour.
