  • 12 oz broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup farmer cheese
  • 3/8 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp flax seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
