Completely Keto Beef and Cauliflower Burgers
On a sunny Saturday known in the neighborhood as the unofficial ‘grill-off’ day, where the scent of sizzling barbecues filled the air, I decided to put a unique spin on a classic favorite, creating the Completely Keto Beef and Cauliflower Burgers.
Ingredients
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 cup cauliflower
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- black pepper
Instructions

Heat up the oil in a pan on medium flame.

Put the onion in and cook sauté for about 6 minutes.

Add in the spices and cauliflower then cook for another 10 minutes. Take off flame and let cool.

Mostly mash the cauliflower with a fork and mix with the ground beef. Form patties with your hands as thick as you want.

Set oven to broil. Broil for 5 minutes on high then flip and broil for another 5 minutes.
