  • 12 oz cauliflower florets
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp swerve
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp crushed parsley
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • lemon slice garnish


  1. Boil the cauliflower with the water, swerve and vinegar until tender.
