  • 4 lbs chicken 3-5 lb whole chicken
  • 1 Tbs light olive oil

Rub mixture:

  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs paprika
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp parsley flakes
