Ingredients

  • 6 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup wheat free tamari sauce
  • 1/2 cup Completely Keto Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce (Truff Hot Sauce recommended)
  • 1 cup avocado or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients other than the chicken together for the marinade.

  2. You have two options here. Either marinate the chicken in a ziploc bag with the marinade and then broil for 10-15 minutes on each side or just brush each side of the wings and broil for 10-15 minutes on each side.
