This recipe was an accidental treasure find! When you are in the mood for something a bit sweet, cold, creamy and gives you energy all at the same time and took one minute to put together and only needed 2 simple ingredients.

Instructions

  1. Use 1 Tsp chocolate chips for every 1 Tbs peanut butter for each turtle
  2. Combine both ingredients in a bowl for as many as you would like to make
  3. Spoon mixture onto parchment paper lined trays, separated by an inch in between
  4. If you want to make it more of a creamy chocolate turtle, melt some extra chocolate chips and pour over each turtle
  5. If melting chocolate, pour over each turtle and immediately place tray in freezer
  6. Remove tray after a minimum of 3 hrs
