Ingredients
- 2 Chickens 5 legs and 5 Thighs or 10 pieces of chicken breast fillets
- 4 onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 bunch of celery
- 1 cup pitted green olives
Seasonings
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 2 tsp turmeric
- Sprinkle black pepper
Instructions

Clean your chicken

Add chicken to Roasting Pan

Add seasoning then mix

Put aside let marinate

Cut onions into cubes

Cut lemon in thin circles then into triangles

Cut celery into sticks keeping them finger length

Chop cilantro

Place everything into the roasting pan with chicken and spices by adding everything together and mixing well

Add half a cup of water
-
Cover with aluminum foil

Let cook for 1 hour covered

Then half hour uncovered

Depending on your oven make sure to check till golden brown
