Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 cup no sugar added, keto approved tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 3 tsp swerve
- 1 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp basil crushed
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions

Heat up the oil in a pot and throw in the meat. Cook until almost done.

Throw in the veggies and cook for another 10 minutes.

Pour in the wine and tomato sauce.

Add in all the spices and mix well.

Bring to a boil, then cover and cook on low for 100 minutes.
