Completely Keto Memphis Salmon
In the heart of Memphis, a city known for its vibrant music scene and rich culinary traditions, an innovative chef sought to blend the soul of the city with the health-conscious principles of the ketogenic diet. Inspired by the local love for barbecue and the need for low-carb options, the chef crafted a recipe that would resonate with both keto enthusiasts and seafood lovers alike. Utilizing the naturally rich flavors of salmon, a fish revered for its health benefits and versatility, the chef decided to create a dish that would stand out in the Memphis food scene.
The use of Lakanto Golden, a monk fruit sweetener, offered a keto-friendly alternative to traditional brown sugar, while bourbon, a nod to the South’s storied history of whiskey, added a unique depth of flavor. This fusion of local tradition and modern dietary preferences gave birth to the Completely Keto Memphis Salmon, a dish that not only pays homage to Memphis’s culinary heritage but also offers a delicious, healthful option for those following a ketogenic lifestyle.

Memphis is known as the Buckle of the Bible Belt. Both Kentucky and Tennessee are sources of outstanding Bourbon. Technically it has to be made in Kentucky to be called a Bourbon. If it's from outside of Kentucky, it's a whiskey.

Instructions
-
