Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Pounds fresh ground beef
  • 1 Tsp Coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 Large onions
  • 1/2 Cup Light olive oil for frying
  • 5 Oz Toasted pecans
  • 1 Tbs coconut oil
  • 1 Tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Tsp Minced garlic
  • 25 Oz Washed spinach
  • 2 Tbs Vodka
  • 1 Cup seltzer
  • Fox Burger Buns

Instructions

  1. You can choose to prepare your burger and serve on a bed of lettuce, with cut up avocado slices, tomatoes, peppers and green beans or any side you chose and/or you can serve on a hamburger bun from:

  3. In a large pot quickly blanch spinach for one minute in boiling water and a pinch of salt
  4. Drain and cool
  5. Squeeze the spinach until it is firm and dry and chop very small
  6. In a pan, fry onions chopped up into very small squares and drain on paper towels as it cools
  7. In a large mixing bowl place beef, spinach, black pepper, salt, vodka, coconut oil, minced garlic, fried onions and seltzer
  8. Knead well together
  9. Toast pecans in a fry pan, chop small and add to meat mixture and mix
  10. Cover and place in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours
  11. Shape hamburger patties
  12. Place in fridge
  13. Grill the hamburgers on an Indoor Barbecue to desired doneness
