- 2 peppers cut into squares
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb pepper steak
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Sauce
- 1 cup beef stock
- 3 Tbsp seasme oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp sherry wine
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
Instructions

Set oven to 350 degrees and grease a roasting pan.

Put a layer of onion slices in to the pan and then layer with the steak. Season with salt and pepper. Then layer with the bell pepper.

Mix together all the sauce in a bowl and pour over the meat.
