Completely Keto Pan Cooked Steak (SK)
- 6 slices steak of any kind (rib, minute etc) thin
- 1 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 6 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Pound the meat to flatten as best you can.
Heat up the oil in a heavy pan on medium high flame.
Spice the meat.
Cook meat for 5 minutes per side on medium high heat.
