  • 6 large onions diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum mixed with 3 tsp of water
  • 10 cups water
  • 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Swerve
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsps onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
