Completely Keto Lemon Sorbet

  • 9 large eggs whites and yolk seperate
  • 1 1/2 cup Swerve
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla


  1. Whisk the egg whites until they firm up and slowly pour in the swerve.

  2. In another bowl which the egg yolks and add the vanilla and lemon peel.

  3. Slowly pour the egg white mixture into the yolk mix.

  4. Freeze.
