Completely Keto Mushroom And Celery Stuffing

  • 4 Cups Fox Hill Kitchens Croutons or Buns Cut up
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil or chicken fat
  • 1/2 Cup onion finely diced
  • 3/4 Cup diced celery
  • 1 Cup Portabella mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 Eggs beaten well
  • 1/8 Tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Stuffing for 5-6 pound turkey (duck or chicken)
  1. Using the croutons or buns cut up from: Fox Hill Kitchens
  2. Soak in hot water until soft and squeeze out water
  3. Heat oil or fat in skillet
  4. Add celery, onion and mushrooms and cook for about 7 minutes on a low-medium heat
  5. Pour over softened bread and mix
  6. Add eggs, and seasonings to bread mixture
  7. Stuff poultry
  8. If any leftover place in a greased oven proof dish and bake in oven at the same time basting with the drippings
