Completely Keto Lamb Meatballs (SK)
- 1 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 3 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 4 garlic cloves grated
- 1/2 cup onion grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 egg white
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together well. Spoon them into ball shaped size.
Grease a baking pan and line with parchment paper. Bake for around 25 minutes.
