  • 1 1/2 lb ground lamb
  • 3 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 4 garlic cloves grated
  • 1/2 cup onion grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 egg white


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients together well. Spoon them into ball shaped size.

  3. Grease a baking pan and line with parchment paper. Bake for around 25 minutes.
