- 1 Whole Lemon Rind & Juice
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 4 Oz Sardines
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 Tbs Finely ground almond flour
Instructions

Use a fine grater to get the rind of one lemon

In a high powered blender or food processor finely grind up all ingredients
