Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 chicken breasts bonless and skinless
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 6oz packs of bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together the lemon juice, pepper, 1/4 cup oil, salt and garlic powder then pour into pyrex baking vessel.

  2. Put the chicken into the dish and get juice over it. Marinate for at least an hour.

  3. Get a grill pan and put on high heat. Take out the chicken and grill for about 3 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

  4. Prepare your bacon however you prefer, frying in a pan always works, and wrap the strips around the chicken.
