  • rack of lamb with 4 bones
  • 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • black pepper corn
  • 1 tsp onion powder


  1. Cut the lamb into four pieces by each bone.

  2. Coat a bit of salt and pepper around the lamb and sprinkle with the garlic and onion powder.

  3. Cut up the rosemary into small pieces and rub into the lamb.

  4. Fill pan with the oil and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

  5. Let cool for a couple minutes before serving.
