In a quaint coastal town, where the scent of the ocean mingled with the fresh breeze, lived a chef named Lucas. Lucas ran a small café that was a haven for those seeking comfort food with a healthy twist. One day, inspired by the town’s love for seafood and his own quest to create satisfying keto-friendly meals, Lucas had a stroke of culinary inspiration: the Completely Keto Tuna Melt on a Log.
Taking advantage of the fresh tuna available from the local fishermen, Lucas mixed it with Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise, adding garlic, celery salt, and black pepper for depth of flavor. Instead of the traditional bread, he chose medium zucchinis, slicing them lengthwise to create a “log” that served as a crunchy, nutritious base.
He topped the zucchini with the tuna mixture, then generously sprinkled a blend of mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese over each. A quick broil in the oven melted the cheese to golden perfection, and a garnish of fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes added a burst of color and freshness.
Lucas’s Completely Keto Tuna Melt on a Log became an instant hit, offering a delightful twist on a classic dish that aligned perfectly with the keto lifestyle. It was a testament to his creativity and commitment to providing delicious, health-conscious options, embodying the spirit of coastal living with every bite.
