Keto Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2-1 tablespoons stevia (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh raspberries or strawberries for topping
  • fresh mint leaf to garnish
  • shaved Lilly’s (stevia only) dark chocolate for topping.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Add the cocoa powder, coconut (or almond) milk, stevia, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more stevia.
  3. Chill: Transfer the mousse to individual serving bowls or cups. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to firm up a bit.
