Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Yummy Cheese Patties
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup swerve
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 2 cup ricotta cheese
- avocado oil for frying
- 4 tsp vanilla stevia drops
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- swerve confectionary sugar for topping (optional)
Instructions

Mix the eggs, vanilla stevia, chocolate chips, cheese, swerve and salt. Then add in the almond flour slowly.

Start heating the oil in a frying pan and scoop in the batter to the size patties that you want. It should take about 2 minutes on each side to fry, but it depends on what size pattie you made.

Keep repeating this process of frying until the batter is done, best served hot.
