Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Swerve
  • 1 cup water
  • half cucumber
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Cook the water and sugar in a pan until the sugar totally dissolves inside the water, the put in the fridge. Once cooled, add it and all the other ingredients into a blender and blend until reaches a smoothie texture. Serve as soon as possible so it doesn't melt.
