Ingredients
- 4 oz boilng water
- 6 oz unsalted butter softened
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions

Simmer half an inch of water in sauce pan, then use a heat proof bowl to whisk the butter and egg yolks over it.
