  1. Blend 2 3/4 cups water in a blender with 2 Tbs Tahini
  2. Place in a pot
  3. Add banana extract and pinch of salt
  4. Stir well on medium-low heat
  5. Add Agar Agar and stir
  6. Add vanilla, swerve and lemon zest and keep stirring
  7. Bring heat up to a medium flame and allow to come to a boil , stirring constantly
  8. Cook for a few minutes
  9. Remove from heat and pour into individual custard ramekins and then cool in refrigerator for a couple hours
  10. Serve garnished with choice berries and a leaf of mint
