Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 8 Pieces of chicken either legs, thighs or breasts with skin on
  • 1 Zest of lime and juice
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 1 Tsp sea salt flakes or kosher salt
  • 4 Cloves minced garlic
  • 4 Tbs finely chopped cilantro or in food processor

Instructions

  1. Serve with a wedge of iceberg lettuce and Harlan’s Guacamole
  2. Place chicken on a cutting board covered with plastic wrap
  3. Cover chicken with more plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to flatten the chicken by rolling and pressing down
  4. Place chicken and all other ingredients in a bag
  5. Shake bag to coat chicken evenly
  6. Allow to sit on counter for about 20 minutes
  7. Grill on a grill outdoors or indoors, whatever is available
  8. Set grill on medium high and grill on each side for about 10-15 minutes
  9. Serve with a wedge of iceberg lettuce and Harlan’s Guacamole
