Completely Keto Three Cheese Zoodles
As summer approached, Sarah found herself craving light and flavorful dishes that celebrated the season’s bounty. Inspired by the abundance of fresh zucchini in her garden, she decided to create a delightful dish that would showcase its vibrant flavors.
Combining her love for zoodles (zucchini noodles) with her passion for cheesy goodness, Sarah came up with the idea of Three Cheese Zoodles. She knew that the combination of three decadent cheeses—ricotta, mozzarella, and cheddar—would create a creamy and indulgent sauce that would perfectly complement the tender zucchini noodles.
In her cozy kitchen, Sarah carefully spiralized the zucchini, transforming them into delicate strands that resembled traditional pasta. She sautéed them with diced onions until they were just tender, allowing their natural sweetness to shine through.
Meanwhile, she prepared the luscious cheese sauce by mixing together creamy ricotta, gooey mozzarella, and sharp cheddar. Seasoned with a touch of Pink Himalayan Salt and freshly ground black pepper, the sauce became rich and flavorful, ready to envelop the zoodles in a blanket of cheesy goodness.
Once everything was ready, Sarah combined the zoodles and cheese sauce, gently tossing them together until each strand was coated in creamy deliciousness. To add a pop of freshness and color, she garnished the dish with fragrant fresh basil leaves.
As Sarah served the Three Cheese Zoodles to her family and friends, she couldn’t help but smile at their delighted faces. Paired with a crisp green salad or served alongside grilled chicken or fish, this dish was a celebration of summer’s bounty—a perfect way to savor the flavors of the season.
