- 1 1/2 Cups Almond flour
- 1 1/2 Cups + 2 Tbsp Swerve Sweetener Confectioners
- 5 Egg whites
- 2 Tbs Lakanto Syrup
- Nonstick spray
- 2 Cups blackberries
Instructions

Using a cupcake tray for 12 cupcakes and paper cup liners inside

Simmer butter over Medium-high heat until browned a bit

Mix all ingredients with your cake mixer

Spray paper liner cups

Fill each liner 3/4 with batter and drop 3 blackberries on top
