- 1/2 Pound turkey thinly sliced
- 1/2 Red pepper sliced thin in round circles
- 1/2 Green pepper sliced thin in round circles
- 1 Tomato Sliced in 1/4 wedges
- 2 Eggs boiled and peeled and sliced in 1/4 wedges
- 8 Black olives pitted
- 6 Oz romaine lettuce cut into small pieces
- 6 Radishes cut up
Dressing:
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Swerve
- 1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup olive oil light
- 1 Tsp black pepper
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- 3/4 Tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 Tsp paprika
- 1 Tsp cayenne pepper or less if you enjoy a more mild taste

Cut up all veggies and lay out on a platter

Place slices of turkey and corn beef on top and place egg and olives around
