Completely Keto Onion and Sauerkraut Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sweetener
- 2 large onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp sauerkraut
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Heat up oil in a pan on low flame.

Put the sliced onion in and cook until turns light brown.

Add in all the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
