Completely Keto Coconut Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cup shredded coconut
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 cup almond flour
- avocado oil for frying
Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into nuggets on the size that you want.

Put the flour in one bowl, the coconut in another and the eggs beaten with the pepper, onion powder and salt mixed in.

Start heating up the oil with about an inch to fry in pan on medium heat. Set up three bowls of flour, then egg and then coconut. Once the egg is coated in each thing in the order I just wrote, drop it in the oil and fry until it starts turning a nice brown on each side which is about 3 minutes a side. Make sure the chicken is cooked through and not just getting fryed on the outside.

When they're done just put on a paper towel. Can be served with many sauces, the one pictured here is a keto lime mustard sauce which the recipe for that will be posted soon. Enjoy.
