Completely Keto Cheese Fondu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup swiss cheese
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • serve with a vegetable like cauliflower or broccoli

Instructions

  1. Prepare a fondu pot or if using a dish warm it up.

  2. Start cooking the wine on low to simmer.

  3. Start adding cheese slowly and mix the whole time. Add the rest of the ingredients after all the cheese is in.

  4. If it is too thin, add another 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum, and if it's too thick add a teaspoon of water.

  5. Put it into the vessel you are using to serve.
