  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cover 2 Cookie sheets with parchment paper
  3. Set aside
  4. Using a mixer combine butter, swerve granular, almond flour, cocoa powder, eggs , vanilla, Xanthan gum and baking powder
  5. Form 24 balls
  6. Fill a plate with Swerve confectioner’s sugar and toss each ball one at a time around the plate to coat very well
  7. Lay on parchment paper
  8. Leave room between the balls
  9. Bake between 15-20 minutes depending on oven
  10. Remove from oven
  11. Cool on racks before putting away in containers to store
