Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil for frying
  • 2 celery stalks sliced thin
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup cashews chopped

Sauce

  • 3/4 cup zevia orange soda
  • 1/3 cup Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 3 Tbsp wheat free tamari sauce
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Heat up the oil in a big frying pan and stir fry the celery for 3 minutes. Take them out of the skillet.

  2. Stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Pour the cashews over the chicken and cook for 25 minutes.

  3. Mix the veggies with the chicken.

  4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the chicken.
