Heat up the avocao oil in a large frying pan.
Combine all the other ingredients except for the frying oil and chicken in a small bowl to form a batter.
Coat each chunk of chicken individually in the batter.
Fry each chunk for 3 minutes per side or until it reaches a nice light brown.
When ready set onto a layer of paper towel. Best served hot and with one of Harlan's amazing keto dipping sauces. There is many to choose from.
