Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Prep a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Put a metal cooling rack on top of it. Put salami slices spread around the rack.
Bake in the oven on 425 degrees until the it browns and the sides start to curl up. This should take a minimum of 10 minutes.
Serve with regular nacho toppings like cheese, gaucamole, salsa etc.
