Ingredients

Skewer

  • 1 lb boneless rib steak cubed
  • 3 large peppers any color cubed
  • 2 purple onions cubed
  • salt
  • pepper

Steak Marinade

Instructions

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour into ziploc bag with the meat. Mix bag around so cubed meat is fully coated and marinate for at least 3 hours.

  2. Soak the skewers while meat is marinating.

  3. Skewer a pattern of the vegetables and the meat with the wooden sticks.

  4. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side. Season with pepper and salt.
